Located in Salem, Utah, Salem Peak Ridgebacks is dedicated to breeding health-tested, AKC registered Rhodesian Ridgebacks with wonderful temperaments. Our dogs are have a calm and adaptable nature, and are raised around child and livestock.
Health
At Salem Peak Ridgebacks, we are dedicated to maintaining high standards in our breeding practices. We only breed purebred AKC registered Rhodesian Ridgebacks and conduct comprehensive testing for genetic diseases common within the breed. Additionally, our dogs undergo OFA health testing to ensure the health and wellbeing of our puppies for their new loving homes.
Temperament
Our dogs are cherished members of our family, raised alongside our children. They accompanying us to rodeos, on walks around the countryside and camping. They have earned their Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) certifications from the AKC, showcasing their good temperament, making them not only excellent helpers around the property but also wonderful companions.
Our Commitment
We are committed to finding loving, forever homes for our puppies. Our application process ensures that a Rhodesian Ridgeback is the ideal fit for your lifestyle. We are happy to provide lifetime support for any inquiries related to training, diet, and anything else that might come up. Should circumstances change and a client is no longer able to keep the dog, no matter their stage of life, we will happily welcome them back into our home.
